Founded on a simple truth: people are an organisation’s most valuable asset, and when they are harmed, everyone loses.
Creating healthier workplaces by transforming individual experiences into organisational intelligence.
We provide individuals with a safe, independent place to document their experiences, understand what is happening, monitor their wellbeing, explore their options, and access the support they need. Our goal is to help people regain confidence, make informed decisions, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
Navigate workplace challenges with confidence.
We transform individual experiences and organisational data into meaningful intelligence that reveals emerging psychosocial risks, identifies root causes, and supports better decision-making. Rather than simply measuring what has happened, WorkRight23 helps organisations understand what is developing: creating healthier cultures, stronger performance, and sustainable organisational success.
Turn workplace experiences into organisational intelligence.
Our Purpose is simple. "To ensure every person has access to support when workplace harm occurs, and every organisation has the knowledge to prevent it from happening again."
In 2019, mid-flight somewhere over the Tasman, I paused mid-sentence in a book about how the brain resists change. The chapter on confirmation bias made me stop and ask myself, “Am I exaggerating the scale of workplace abuse, or is it really this common?”
Curiosity got the better of me, so I turned to the stranger sitting beside me and asked if she’d ever been bullied at work. Her fifty-minute story left no doubt. Long before I collected the data to prove it, her experience revealed the truth: Adult bullying in the workplace is far more common than most people realise, and its impact reaches well beyond the office, eroding health, confidence, and hope.
From that day, the same pattern repeated: nurses, teachers, engineers, retail staff, managers, all with similar stories of harm, silence, and resignation.
It became clear: We didn’t need more awareness. We needed a system that turns experience into evidence, and evidence into prevention.

“Transforming workplace harm into healing, learning, and performance.”

With over 30 years of experience in finance, technology, and organisational transformation, Dr Donna Stemmer brings a rare blend of analytical precision, human insight, and compassion to her work.
Beginning her career in financial management and IT design, Donna became fascinated by the invisible forces that determine whether organisations thrive or fracture: their people and relationships, culture and processes and the link to trust. She has since spent decades helping companies measure and manage these business intangibles, the often-unseen assets that drive sustainable performance and resilience.
Across industries, Donna has guided transformation projects that align people, systems, and purpose. Her work has focused on building sustainable business frameworks that treat wellbeing not as a cost, but as an investment: One that strengthens both human and financial capital.
That experience (part strategist, part designer, part reformer) led to the creation of WorkRight23: a charitable trust and digital platform dedicated to making psychosocial safety measurable, manageable, and meaningful.
Through WorkRight23, Donna unites her lifelong expertise with a simple conviction: Healthy workplaces are not only kinder… they perform better.
