You don't have to figure this out on your own.
Workplace harm can leave you feeling confused, isolated, and uncertain about what to do next. WorkRight23 provides a safe, independent place to document your experiences, understand what is happening, monitor your wellbeing, and explore your options with confidence.
You don't need to know exactly what to call your experience. You only need to begin documenting your experience, whether it's happening today or happened in the past.
Workplace Harm
"You don't need to prove your case today. You only need to accurately document what happened today."
Workplace harm can take many forms, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, unreasonable management practices, and other psychosocial hazards. Whether you are currently experiencing workplace harm or looking back on past events, WorkRight23 provides a safe, independent place to document your experiences, understand emerging patterns, monitor your wellbeing, and organise evidence.
You can choose to open either a Current Case, allowing you to record incidents as they occur, or a Past Case, where you can document previous experiences and build a structured record over time. Both options help you gain clarity, support your recovery, and prepare for any future workplace, legal, or personal decisions you may choose to make.
Relational Risk
"You don't need to know exactly what to call your relationship or your experience. You only need to begin documenting what happened today."
Relationships should be built on trust, respect, and safety. When patterns of control, intimidation, coercion, emotional abuse, financial abuse, isolation, or other harmful behaviours begin to undermine your wellbeing, this case provides a safe, independent place to document your experiences.
By recording incidents as they occur, you can recognise patterns, understand the impact on your wellbeing, organise evidence, and make informed decisions about your safety and future options.
Whistleblowing
"You don't need to decide today whether to make a disclosure. You only need to begin documenting what you know."
Speaking up about serious wrongdoing can feel overwhelming, particularly when you are concerned about retaliation, confidentiality, or the potential consequences. This case provides a safe, independent place to document your concerns, organise supporting information, and build a clear record before deciding what action to take.
Whether your concerns relate to unlawful conduct, serious misconduct, fraud, corruption, health and safety, or other matters of public interest, documenting information as it becomes available can help you understand the issues, protect your wellbeing, and make informed decisions about your next steps.
Support Every Step of the Way
"Support when you need it. Independence every step of the way. Empowering you to make informed decisions, supported when it matters most."
Every WorkRight23 case includes access to evidence-based resources that help you understand your options and make informed decisions with confidence. From self-management and wellbeing strategies through to informal resolution, formal workplace processes, legal pathways, and recovery resources, support is available whenever you need it.
As you document your experiences, WorkRight23 also monitors for indicators of increasing risk. If elevated concerns are identified, an Options Coach may proactively contact you to provide additional guidance, information, and support.
